I decided to make something quick to refresh my memory on photoshop.
This year, we find ourselves in a history-making event.
As the economy continues to collapse, the war in Iraq still ensuing and the US having a monkey for a president picking his nose as the world crumbles around him...We finally get to boot him out and replace him with someone more promising to try to clean up his mess.
However, this year we find ourselves at a crossroad...for the first time ever, do we choose the first black person to be our president, the first female president, or the first third party president?
Somehow, I feel once we choose one of them, we're suddenly labelled as a racist or a sexist depending who wins.
Though as history shows us, the third party canidates normally fade into obscurity as we focus on the main Republican/Democratic canidates...Anybody remember Ross Perot?
you have a very good point. i personally have trust issues with anyone i dont know personally, so i probably wont believe anything any of them say so i havent even registered to vote :/ in my favor however, i'd never be put on jury duty this way

Republicans used to be a thrid party, admit I'm not a fan of any of the candidates, i'm voting McCain for lack of a better choice and i'm rooting for hillary for expirence and for being more rational. Though I had to change my preferred candidate several times

Like I've said before, this is the first time I have ever been seriously confussed in an election. I don't think Obama is bad, espically since he's dropped that preacher or minister or whatever he calls himself.
Now Hillary on the other hand.....I do have personal feelings against espically since she is the wife of my states former governor. Durning those years, well it was more like she ran the state then her husband, there was alot of problems durning those years. Grant it yes when Billy boy was our president things were up and down, but I really don't believe that just because your married into politics, that qualifies you as personal best for president.
But then again these are my feelings. The thrid guy....well all I seriously know about him is I think he is a POW or I might be thinking of someone else I dun know.
Anyway, this really makes a point about what alot of voters are probably thinking. Great job Foxie.
Well...that and what they plan to do once elected also puts us at crossroads. McCain's not fit for office, Hillary's psychotic (or so I hear; not really sure about that personally), and Obama's an atheist (or so I hear; not really sure about that personally either.) Anyway, the point is if what I've been hearing is true, then America's screwed no matter who we elect for president.

The more I hear about Obama, the more scared I get of the man. I wanted Romney in the race personally...I don't really like McCain and I don't like Clinton or Obama.
Watching the Dems tear themselves apart with this primary is just way too funny though.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
