this was originally done as an FA-exclusive pic, but since with the recent hacker attacks to the site, FA disabled hex and CSS for the time being. I'm sure it could be helpful to someone for...something that has hex coloring, since it's an all-new batch of HTML to me. The bottom-right drawing was done on MS Paint......because I'm all hi-tech like that.

Ah yes, the 4-bit hexadecimal code for colour. That is a good punch line pulled off!
Did you know that in The Simpsons, on the episode Treehouse of Horror VI, where Homer enters the third dimension (Homer³), a hexadecimal string (46 72 69 6e 6b 20 52 75 6c 65 73 21) is floating in "3-D land" which, when used as character indices in the ASCII character set, translates to "Frink rules!" (excluding the quotes but including the exclamation mark).

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
